Terms of Use
Last updated: July 8, 2026
By using genzdecoded.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use it
The site is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13.
What the site is
GenZ Decoded is a free, informational slang dictionary and generational translator. Definitions and examples are provided for general reference and cultural understanding only. Slang is contextual and shifts quickly, so meanings may be approximate, dated, or vary by community. Because the site documents real slang, some terms have mature, crude, or sensitive meanings; we describe them plainly for reference, not to endorse them. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical, or safety advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to harass others, break the law, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. Use it in good faith.
Suggestions you submit
If you send us a term through the suggest-a-term form, you grant us permission to use, edit, and publish it as part of the dictionary. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, design, and organization belong to GenZ Decoded. Slang words themselves are part of the public language. You may reference and link to our pages; please do not copy the site wholesale.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows, and will change the “last updated” date above when we do.
