The Joke
The shirt prints GEN Z: "that movie was mid" and GRANDPA: "Middle of what?" In slang, "mid" means mediocre. Grandpa hears a location and asks where in the film the middle was.
Design
The front shows two text-message bubbles with thick outlines and offset shadows, printed large on the chest. The GEN Z bubble is magenta, the GRANDPA bubble is yellow, and the caption LOST IN TRANSLATION runs underneath.
