Meaning

## What it means

Girl dinner commonly means an informal plate of small, ready-to-eat foods instead of a cooked meal. It began as a joke about ease and appetite, not a nutritional rule. Because online versions can range widely, it should not be treated as a standard meal plan or a label for restrictive eating.
